PREVIEW DAYS & INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS

We offer several preview days and informational sessions to provide an opportunity for parents to hear from the ECS staff and preview the classrooms and programs of their child’s next grade level.  These are typically held in the Fall and Winter of each school year.

Kindergarten Preview

Thursday, December 5, 2024, 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM

Join us for an inside look at our Kindergarten programs at our upcoming Kindergarten Preview (an “Open House” for Kindergarten). This event, designed for parents of Kindergarten-aged children, will be held in-person at Eastside Christian School.

Our meeting will include a presentation of our Kindergarten program, tour of our Kindergarten classrooms, and Q&A with our Kindergarten teachers. Please bring your questions and learn how we can partner with you to help your children grow in their love of learning and the Lord!

“ECS Essentials” Info Sessions for Elementary

Thursday, January 16, 2025, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

We invite you to join us for an “ECS Essentials” Info Session, for parents of elementary-aged children.

We have designed these sessions to give you insight into our educational philosophy as well as an introduction to our programs and community. At each Info Session you will hear from our experienced educators to understand the values that shape our Christian educational mission and take part in a dedicated Q&A session where we encourage you to share your thoughts and questions. Guests at our In-Person Info Session will also have a guided tour, a chance to walk our campus and view our learning spaces.

We firmly believe that understanding and connection are the cornerstones of a successful educational partnership and look forward to sharing about our mission of academic excellence alongside our commitment to Christ.

Preschool Preview/Open House

Thursday, January 23, 2025, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Join us for our in-person Preschool Preview/Open House (for parents of children ages 3-5).  Our meeting will include a presentation of our preschool programs from our Director with time for Q&A, followed by a tour of our classrooms, expansive playground, chapel, library and gymnasium.

Middle School Preview

Thursday, January 23, 2025, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Middle School is an important time in a young person’s life. Learn how ECS can partner with you as your child explores issues of identity, belonging, and faith during their 6th-8th grade years. We invite you to join us for a one-hour online Middle School Preview (an “Open House” for Middle School) to meet our staff and hear about our academic, spiritual, and athletic programs.

We offer private tours by appointment for parents and children during or after the school day when school is in session, as well as during the summer months.
