Fun Run & Trike-A-Thon
Each fall, Eastside Christian School comes alive with two exciting community events that put our students “in motion”!
For our Kindergarten–8th grade students, the Fun Run is a joyful tradition organized by our Parent-Teacher Fellowship. It brings together students, teachers, parents, and friends of ECS in support of our classrooms. Proceeds provide for teacher appreciation and extra supplies that expand learning opportunities and help make the school our students love even better.
Meanwhile, our Preschool and PreK students proudly strap on their helmets for the Trike-A-Thon, when they ride, scoot or bike their way around our trike-a-thon course. Each event is an opportunity for our preschool parents to gather and cheer for our community. The children’s joy is contagious as they circle the path together, and acts as inspiration for parents and extended family as they donate toward our wonderful preschool programs. Recent donations have allowed us to purchase new outdoor playground equipment, classroom toys that encourage age-appropriate pretend play, and a myriad of supplies that enhance our children’s education through hands-on learning.
