At Eastside Christian School, learning extends beyond the classroom. We believe that learning is most meaningful when students engage with the world through curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving. Our STEAM and academic enrichment programs are designed to develop critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation, all grounded in a biblical worldview.
We recognize God as the ultimate Creator, the source of all order, beauty, and creativity. Every experiment, design challenge, and hands-on activity provides students the opportunity to explore His world with wonder and wisdom. As Scripture reminds us:

Through these experiences, students discover how science, technology, engineering, art, and math reflect God’s design, and they learn to apply knowledge with creativity, stewardship, and purpose. Spotlight: Annual STEAM Day
Each year, ECS students participate in immersive STEAM explorations designed to spark curiosity and deepen understanding of God’s world. Through interactive demonstrations, hands-on investigations, creative design activities, and collaborative challenges, students engage scientific and engineering concepts in meaningful and memorable ways.
These experiences are made possible through the generosity of our school community, whose support allows students to learn from visiting enrichment programs and participate in expanded hands-on learning opportunities. These experiences invite students to think critically, experiment boldly, and apply knowledge creatively — all while recognizing God as the ultimate source of order, beauty, and innovation in creation.
Students also share their own investigations and designs in a schoolwide showcase that celebrates curiosity, perseverance, and discovery. Together, these experiences reflect our commitment to developing thoughtful learners who explore the world with wonder, wisdom, and gratitude to the Creator.
