APPLY NOW

Before completing an application for admission, please take a moment to confirm that ECS is a good fit for your family:

Spiritual compatibility: Because of the Christian discipleship focus in our K-8 program, we ask that at least one parent be a follower of Christ, able to provide spiritual support at home for their child’s journey of faith. Our preschool program is a good fit for families who are Christian or those who are interested in learning more about the Christian faith.

English proficiency: Because we have no ELL program, near grade-level proficiency in English is required of all K-8 students. A limited number of preschool seats are available for English language learners in order to provide them with an English-rich environment and the necessary teacher attention to thrive.

Age requirements: Preschoolers and kindergarteners must be the age of their corresponding class on or before August 31 of their enrollment year:

  • Classes for age 3: must be 3 years old by August 31st
Full Day Preschool Classes offered 3-days or 5-days/week
Half Day Preschool Classes offered 3-days or 5-days/week
  • Classes for ages 4 and 5: must be 4 years old by August 31st
Full Day Pre-K Classes offered 4-days or 5-days/week
Half Day Pre-K Classes offered 4-days or 5-days/week

All preschoolers must be fully potty trained before beginning classes.

  • Kindergarten: must be 5 years old by August 31st

READY TO APPLY?

If you are ready to apply, please click on the following link to access our online application. ECS’s District Code is ES-WA, and an $80 application fee will be required to submit the application. Because the fee is non-refundable, we recommend that you confirm the availability of a seat before making any payments.  (Applications for 2024-25 are still being accepted. Applications for 2025-26 will be posted on November 1, 2024.)

K-8th grade applicants will also be asked to send our Confidential Teacher Referral Form to their most recent teacher for completion and return to ECS.
